Hey everyone,
Sorry this post is a day late. I've been having major computer issues. God I need a new computer in the worse way. But so far this is working today so I'm gonna make this quick before it decides to quit on me again.
The recipe today, if you haven't figured this out, is homemade ramen. Ramen is very popular in the anime and manga world as well as the real world and I would be surprised if you haven't had ramen at least once in your life. But those cheap 10 cent packages are so high in sodium its rediculous. So I found this recipe and was super excited. You can make the broth ahead of time, add carrots and other hardier ingredients, then freeze it so you can always have it on hand. Then you just need to take it out, bring it to a boil and add you noodles and any of the more delicate ingredients that don't need very long to cook. Its super tasty, and much healthier.
